Being well-known for pranking her guests, Ellen took Megan's visit as an opportunity to scare her with a giant banana.

During the interview, while Megan talks about how she once had a job where she would have to dress up as a giant banana, a man in a banana costume suddenly appears and touched her from behind. The sexy star screamed and then laughed it off, as an amused Ellen showed a replay.

Taylor Kitsch' airport bribe incident where an airport official allegedly asked for his iPhone in exchange of his entry to the country was confirmed happened in Indonesia and not the Philippines as what he and “Late Show” host David Letterman talked about during the latter's television show.

The story of the alleged bribe emerged when Letterman asked the “John Carter” star about his recent shoot for the Oliver Stone film “Savages”.

Letterman mentioned the Philippines when he talked about the shoot - but Kitsch failed to correct him and say that the filming took place in Indonesia.

Kitsch described how an airport customs officer threatened to send him back to Japan, his port of origin, because he had run out of pages in his passport.

The 30-year-old Canadian-born actor further said that he was finally allowed in after proving he was an actor by showing the officer on his iPhone the trailer for his recently completed film “John Carter,” in which he plays a Civil War veteran transplanted to Mars.

In a report posted at Detik.com, Indonesian deputy minister for justice and human rights Denny Indrayana confirmed that the 30-year-old Canadian-born actor arrived at Bali island’s Ngurah Rai airport on February 1, as scheduled, to shoot a film in the neighboring West Nusa Tenggara province.

Indrayana also shared that the Indonesian official who allegedly bribed Taylor Kitsch has been identified and is now subject for interrogation.

Pero right now nga, hindi ko pa naririnig sa kanya yun. Of course sinasabi niya na may mga plans siya, but right now siyempre ayaw mo muna madaliin ang mga bagay-bagay. So we’re just here to support each other. There’s so many things na nadi-discover namin about our personal lives, our career, our relationship together and we are growing together, nagde-develop pa rin,” Toni said during the Wansapanataym presscon held on March 2 at the ABS-CBN compound..

When asked if marriage was still a far off possibility for the two of them, Toni gave an open-ended reply. “That I cannot answer kasi siyempre hindi nga ako ang makakasagot niyan dahil nasa lalake naman yun, so hindi ko pa masasabi.”

“There are a lot of things naman na hindi pa namin nagagawa. We do not travel together, we have not been given the opportunity na mag-overnight pag out-of-town so there’s so many things that we’re really looking forward to in the future na alam namin na in God’s time na kami mag-end up together. Yun yung mga bagay na linu-look forward namin. So ngayon ini-enjoy namin kung ano yung meron kami at kung ano yung puwede naming gawin sa ngayon,” Toni shared.

Housemate Kevin Fowler was evicted from the Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) house during the reality show’s 13th eviction night on Saturday, March 10.

Fowler was evicted after receiving the lowest percentage of votes from viewers.

Three other housemates - Tin Patrimonio, Joseph Biggel and Carlo Romero - were declared “safe” after being nominated last week.

Fowler thanked and hugged his housemates before he left the PBB house.

Only 6 housemates vying for the “Big 4” slots remain in the house.

Aside from Patrimonio, Biggel and Romero, housemates Slater Young, Divine Maitland-Smith and Pamu Pamorada are still in the running to be the winner of PBB Unlimited Edition.

The reality show’s big winner will be announced in Quirino Grandstand on March 31.

After her successful concert last August 11, 2009 at the Araneta Coliseum, Lady Gaga is set to conquer Manila once more. This time the concert which is part of her 'Born This Way Ball Tour' will happen on May 21, 2012 at the newly constructed SM Arena. Yes, the world famous American singer-songwriter will be the opening event at what could be considered the biggest concert and sporting events in the country.




The SM Arena located within the SM Mall of Asia Complex in Pasay City has a seating capacity of 16,000 and can accommodate a full-house capacity of 20,000. It also has a car park building with 2,000 slots capacity.

Aside from Lady Gaga, two of the most successful boy bands in the past - New Kids on the Block (NKOTB) and Backstreet Boys - are also set to stage a concern in the same venue on June 5, 2012.

It was also announced in the past that the SM Arena will be the new home for the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) and the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA).

I wonder what will happen now to the Smart-Araneta Coliseum?
