Talented 4-Year Old Baeby Baste Shines As A Singer In His 'Eat Bulaga' Concert And In The Jackpot En Poy Segment

BAEBY BASTE of "Eat Bulaga" is only 4 years old but he can certainly carry a tune. All the hosts in the number one noontime show admire him so it's no wonder that Vic Sotto, Joey de Leon and the rest are always requesting him to do a song number.

Unlike another obese little boy, Balang, who became popular because of dancing, Baste's advantage is he can really sing. Sometimes, you can't exactly figure out the lyrics of what he's singing, but still, he never gets out of tune and he showed this when he had his own Baste Concert in the noontime show recently.

His female co-hosts led by Ruby Rodriguez couldn't help but cry out of happiness for him while he was performing, with his own mother, Mommy Shiela as his personal coach. He even played musical instruments while jamming with some co-hosts and dishing out different kinds of songs, making him the youngest concert artist over.

Baste's full name is Sebastian Benedict Arumpac and he comes from General Santos City. He first gained public notice through his dubsmash videos. Ryzza Mae Dizon is his favorite Dabarkads then and it was in Ryzza's now defunct morning show that he got his first exposure on national TV. Now, he's part of top TV honcho Mr. Tony Tuviera's stable of talents.

Baste is seen daily in the hit Jackpot En Poy game portion where he is considered the Most Valuable Player since he is the record holder in terms of having the most number of wins. He is such a winner when he's garbed as Cowbaeby Baste or PrinsePogi Baste who always beats his opponents.

But we're told Baste really feels so bad and feels so down each time he'd lose that his Mommy Shiela would take him to Rockwell to go swimming to console him and lift up his spirits. So all we can say is: Go go, Baste! Don't take Jackpot en Poy so seriously. It's only a game and you win most of the time anyway!
