Kapamilya Leading Men Don The Avengers cum Gangnam Style

Donning colors inspired by the superhero team "The Avengers", Kapamilya leading men Gerald Anderson, Sam Milby, Rayver Cruz and Jason Abalos channeled a more recent cultural icon as they danced to the beat of "Gangnam Style".


Taking time off from their showbiz engagements abroad, the Star Magic talents dressed up as their favorite superheroes for a spoof video of the worldwide hit originally performed by Korean performer Psy.

Along with other contract artists of ABS-CBN's talent management firm, the four leading men are in Los Angeles in the United States for a series of shows in celebration of Star Magic's 20th anniversary.

Seen in the video as the lightning god Thor is Cruz, who linked to the YouTube upload of the video on his official page on micro-blogging site Twitter.

Abalos and Anderson both wore a body suit as the Hulk and as Iron Man respectively. Although not part of the fictional superhero team, Superman, the character Milby took on, also joined "The Avengers" in the video.

Also joining the Kapamilya stars in the video is Anderson's younger brother Ken.

Apart from having their fun as dancing superheroes, the ABS-CBN talents also gathered for a Halloween party [link] where other Star Magic artists dressed up as their favorite fictional characters.

Kailangan nang maikasal ng Kapamilya teen star na si Kathryn Bernardo bago sumapit ang kanyang ika-18 kaarawan. Ito ang nakatakdang maganap ayon sa batas ng Yangdon sa karakter ni Kathryn na si Prinsesa Areeyah sa top-rating Primetime Bida teleserye ng ABS-CBN na "Princess and I."

Habang naninindigan ang fans nina Kathryn at Daniel Padilla na hindi si Dasho Jao (Enrique Gil), kung hindi ang karakter ni Gino (Daniel) ang pipiliing mapapangasawa ni Prinsesa Areeyah, kamakailan ay ibinahagi naman ng primetime princess ang saya ng pagbabalik-Bhutan ng cast and crew ng "Princess and I."

"Hindi ko ine-expect, pero lalong gumanda 'yung experience ko," kwento ni Kathryn. "Nung pagbalik po kasi namin harvest time nila kaya puro green ang tanawin. Sobrang ganda talaga. 'Yung water nila sobrang linis. At sobrang babait ng mga tao sa Bhutan."

Nang tanungin naman si Kathryn kung nagkaroon ba sila ng pagkakataon ng isa sa mga leading man niyang si Daniel na magbonding habang nasa Bhutan, diretso lamang ang sagot ng teen actress. Aniya, "Wala kaming sweet moments dun kasi sobrang paspasan lang talaga 'yung shoot namin. Sa airport na kami nakapag-bonding, nung pabalik na ng Pilipinas."
