Anne Curtis was rushed to a hospital after she was stung by box jellyfish while taping "Dyesebel" on Wednesday night in Batangas.
In a statement given to ABS-CBN News, "Dyesebel" producer Dreamscape Entertainment Televisione said Anne was brought to hospitals in San Juan and Lipa in Batangas before she was taken to the St. Luke's Medical Center at the Bonifacio Global City, where she is now confined.
"She's doing fine, may mga tine-take lang siya medications for pain," said Dr. Wency Kiat, Curtis' doctor.
According to Dreamscape AdProm Head Eric John Salut, Anne was writhing in pain from the sting, but is safe now in the hospital under utmost medical care and supervision."
Moments after she was brought to the hospital, photos of Anne showing a large part of her body covered with red rashes surfaced. Check out below:
