Marian Rivera , Kim Chiu, Angel Locsin snubbed at 6th Golden Screen TV Awards 2015 nominations: Marian Rivera for 'Carmela' as well as Kim Chiu and Angel Locsin who both gave outstanding performances respectively for 'Ikaw Lamang' and 'The Legal Wife' did not receive a nomination from ENPRESS for its 6th Golden Screen TV Awards 2015.
Kim Chiu already won for the soap at the PMPC Star Awards, while Angel Locsin also got honors from Gawad Tanglaw, EdukCircle and 2 others, and I think they deserve at least a nomination in the Golden Screen Awards.
It was actually their co-stars who caught ENPRESS' attention and earned a nomination. Kim's leading man Coco Martin is nominated as Outstanding Drama Actor, while their co-stars Jake Cuenca, John Estrada, Tirso Cruz III, Cherry Pie Picache and Angel Aquino got nods in the Supporting category.
It's worse for Angel Locsin. She played the title role, "The Legal Wife", but it was the mistress (played by Maja Salvador) who earned a nomination.
Other than Kim and Angel, also got snubbed was Marian Rivera, who failed to be one of this year's nominees for her work in 'Carmela'.

Choices by various award-giving bodies may be varied, but I think ENPRESS became subjective in coming up with their nominees. Just because Kim and Angel already won in other award-giving bodies, they're no longer worthy at least a nomination from them? So shocking, that I can't even eat my breakfast now. - Mykiru.ph
