Bb. Pilipinas 2015 candidate Christine Balaguer got disqualified? For what reason?
Supposedly candidate #5 Christine Balaguer could have been the first deaf-mute to win a Bb. Pilipinas crown, but that's now far from happening, when Binibining Pilipinas Charities Inc. disqualified her from the pageant.

Disqualification of an aspirant already announced as official candidate isn't new in Binibining Pilipinas. It always happens (reminds us of Sandra Seifert, Bianca Paz, Theresa Fenger etc)
And after Kimberle Pechon, who had to withdraw, here's another Bb. Pilipinas 2015 candidate who has been removed from the pageant.
It's shocking why Christine Balaguer, who happens to be among the early favorites for the crown, had to be disqualified. She actually has been creating buzz for the pageant, after her life
story was featured on MMK, with Venus Raj portraying her.
Does Christine Balaguer also have racy photos (shot during her pre-pageant days) just like disqualified candidates in the past? And I just certainly hope that it's not because of discrimination, because of her physical disability, as what initial rumors say.
BPCI hasn't issued yet official statement on this one, but Christine has already been replaced as Candidate #5. Taking over is 25-year-old registered nurse Cannielle Faith Santos from Marilao, Bulacan.

In her Facebook Page, Christine has issued a statement on her disqualification, and as I understand her claim, she was forced to resign from Binibining Pilipinas 2015 for a reason she didn't disclose, but the way she emphasized herself being deaf, she kinda gave it away.
Christine Balaguer: "It's my big dream to be the first deaf candidate to win Bb. Pilipinas !
Being born deaf is not the end of the world. Its a challenge but also an opportunity. An opportunity to be able to set a positive example for others that despite being deaf they can still achieve their dreams
and contribute to society in a meaningful manner. And be successful !
Life as a deaf can be hard sometimes but all hardship can be overcome by working hard, never giving up and always believing in yourself.
Being deaf is not an excuse for giving up in life or making mistakes in life. I want to inspire other handicapped people and encourage them to take life in their own hands and always move forward no matter what.
IM VERY SORRY ABOUT THE BPCI MAKE ME RESIGN SO IM VERY DEPRESS EVEN I PRAY TO THE GOD!"
An online petition has already been started by Balaguer's fans to reinstate her as Bb. Pilipinas 2015 candidate.
