This Sunday in “Goin’ Bulilit,” Cha-Cha’s music video entitled “Bakit O Bakit” will be seen for the first time on national television. The said song is her carrier single for her upcoming album “Bulilit Rockstar.”

In the music video, Cha-Cha proves that even kids like her can also delve into rock music and be great at it! The video’s cool theme also reflects the colorful lives of happy grade schoolers like her. Popular rock band Tanya Markova also jazz up the video’s storyline. Filipinos nationwide accepted the new ‘deal’ offered by host Luis Manzano after the much-awaited comeback of the hit game show “Kapamilya Deal or No Deal” soared high on its pilot telecast last Saturday (February 25).

Based on data from Kantar Media, Deal scored an average national TV rating of 21.7% versus its rival game show “Manny Many Prizes” with only 10%. The show was also talked about online as it trended worldwide on Twitter. Luis is very thankful for the viewers’ support. Despite being credited for the success of the show, Luis quipped “The show is not just about the host, it’s the energy that everyone chips in to make it an exciting show and hopefully give someone P2 million.”

‘Wako Wako’ Premieres March 5 on ABS-CBN Primetime Bida


After their sweet, cool and blockbuster tandem in their 2010 movie “Ang Tanging Ina Mo [Last ‘Na To],” acclaimed director Wenn Deramas is excited to work once again with Comedy Concert Queen Ai Ai delas Alas in ABS-CBN’s newest fantaserye “Wako Wako,” which will air on March 5.

Ai Ai said that in his reunion with Direk Wenn, she intends to give not only pure entertainment, but also inspiration to more Filipinos. She recounted that her tandem with Deramas in movies became a hit not only on its hilarious content, but also because of the life lessons it offered to the moviegoers.

In her preparation for the new project, Ai Ai went to the Holy Land recently and visited some important places in Jesus’ life. In her pilgrimage, the Comedy Concert Queen took the chance to reflect on her life and thanked the Lord for the blessings she continues to receive.

Also featured in “Wako Wako” is the called young Coco Martin Yogo Singh. For his first ever big break, Yogo is very much excited. He never thought that portraying Coco would be a sign of something big that will be offered to him.




Besides Ai Ai and Yogo, also casted in “Wako Wako” are Vandolph Quizon, Glady’s Reyes, Maricar de Mesa, Malou de Guzman, Dennis Padilla, Carlos Agassi, Abby Bautista, Marki Stroem, Lizel Garcia, Eagle Riggs, DJ Durano and Franco Daza. Other members of the program’s cast are ecstatic to be part of the project, since it’s headed by a renowned director and starred by the Comedy Concert Queen.





“Wako Wako” is a story of seven-year-old boy Muymuy (Yogo), who yearns to make his father, a respected policeman, proud. His cowardice nature, however, prevents him to do so. He will discover a magical creature and he’ll call it Wako. Wako-Wako fulfills all his wishes, but soon Muymuy discovers that every granted wish comes with a price.

A mysterious lady named Dyosa Marishka finds Muymuy and tells him that Wako is an Arukan and that she is a goddess of wishes in need of help from the creature. The goddess needs to find seven people who will provide pure selfless wishes to save her kingdom and bring her back to power. In return, Wako helps Muymuy with his family’s problems in this endearing tale of friendship and relations.

It was a big day for Universal Records as two of its prime artists Noel Cabangon and Christian Bautista were presented record awards for their respective albums.

Noel’s Byahe was given a Double Platinum Record Award, while Christian’s Outbound was awarded a Gold Record Award.

“At this day of piracy and downloading, it is really an achievement that albums still sell,” says Universal Records Kathleen Dy-Go. “We are so proud to have the bestselling artists in our roster.”

Noel is currently working on a follow-up to the successful Byahe album and is now currently promoting his latest album Panaginip.

“Mabuhay ang lahat ng nagmamahal sa OPM,” declares Noel. “Maraming salamat sa lahat ng sumuporta.”

Christian, on the other hand, has just released an expanded version of his Outbound album called First Class.

“What a fitting way to start the celebration of my 10 years in showbiz,” shares Christian. “I am so blessed to have everyone supporting me and my music.”

Her over-the-top villainous persona disappears and she finds herself powerless to kick and slap the lead star.
Isabel’s show hits a major ratings lump and the network advises her to take a break from work with hopes of reigniting her passion. To solve her dilemma, Isabel seeks the help of the biggest kontrabida icon in the country, no less than Ms Bella Flores. She finds her on YouTube and says that for Isabel to get herself back, she needs to find the person who hurt her the most. And that person for Isabel is Chris Bernal (Aljur).


Armed with pure wits and sheer determination, Isabel sets off to meet Chris who is still living in the same town where she left him many years back when she was a child. As they navigate their way through romance and heartbreak, will it further sabotage Isabel’s career and their chances for a relationship?
As they rediscover their past, Isabel begins to see Chris in a new light and she unexpectedly finds herself falling in love all over again with the every same guy who broke her heart. Actress-model-host Megan Young is the latest cover star of Rogue Magazine - and she's undoubtedly one damn sexy lady.

The photo, taken by photographer Marc Nicdao, showed Megan in a black two-piece bikini.

Megan’s pictorial was held in the island resort of Balesin. The styling was done by LA Consing Lopez, with makeup by Carmi David and hair by Brent Sales.




“Thanks for all the wonderful comments on my cover! All thanks to the Rogue team and Marc Nicdao,” Young said on her Twitter account.

“Thank you mama for my hips that don’t lie,” she added.

Rogue Magazine March 2012 issue is now available at all magazine stands and selected bookstores and supermarkets nationwide.
