During the press conference for the movie, which also features six other on-screen tandems, Anderson expressed his happiness over his reunion project with Chiu.
“Masaya ako na nakasama ko ulit si Kim sa movie na ito after two years [kaming hindi nagkatrabaho],” he said in an interview with Push.com.ph. “Ang dami kong nalaman sa kanya, nakapag-catch up kami. Masaya ako.”
Anderson, who remains single after his recent falling out with Pop Star Princess Sarah Geronimo, hinted that he is still open to the possibility of getting back together with Chiu.
“Lagi naman naka-open ang puso ko,” he said.
Chiu is currently being linked to actor Xian Lim, her on-screen partner in the top-rating Kapamilya soap “Ina, Kapatid, Anak.”
The Filipino-Chinese actress, for her part, said that she is just happy that she and Anderson are friends again.
“Ano, siyempre… matagal na ‘yun,” Chiu said of her breakup with Anderson. “Siyempre nagpapasalamat ako na magkaibigan kami ni Gerald at hindi kami magkaaway. Lagi kaming… ngayon sa shooting namin, nagkaka-catch up kami sa mga nangyayari sa isa’t isa. Kasi two years hindi kami masyadong nag-uusap, hindi kami nagkikita. Ngayon lang sa pelikulang ito and masaya ako na ganito kami ngayon.”
Chiu and Anderson’s reunion project, “24/7 In Love,” will be shown in theaters nationwide starting November 21. By wanderer || Full Story: Kapamilyalogy
