“We don't owe you any of our personal lives, siguro. Kasi you can think whatever you want to think as long as you're happy when you watch us on TV. Nakikita niyo kung paano kami ma-inlove, and iyon na iyon,” Kim told the media during the press conference of their movie “Bride for Rent” under Star Cinema.
In other words, Kim feels the press conference at the Dolphy Theater in ABS-CBN was not the proper venue to talk about the real score between her and Xian.
And it's our choice. I hope you guys respect it.”
Kim hopes her decision to keep mum about herself and Xian did not alienate her from media.
“Medyo naiba yata 'yung pagkaintindi nila sa akin. Nag-explain naman na ako. Sana naintindihan nila, sorry.”
Open book
Ever since she entered showbiz through the reality show “Pinoy Big Brother,” Kim said her life has always been an open book. But there are things she wants to keep to herself.
“Bride for Rent,” which also stars Pilita Corrales, Matt Evans, Martin del Rosario and Empoy, opens Wednesday, January 15 in theaters nationwide.
