It’s the last chance of Team Sarah and Team Bamboo’s artists to showcase their voices and prove they deserve a spot in the Live Shows as they clash in the final knockout rounds of the top-rating and Twitter-trending “The Voice of the Philippines” this weekend (Jan 17 and 18).
Some of the artists will perform songs that are housed in their own genres, while the others will step out of their comfort zones in order to pursuade their coaches to pick them for their Top 6-member squad. Who will edge out the others?
Watch out for the three-member groupings of Team Bamboo’s RnB artist Arnee Hidalgo (Fallin”), rockers Tanya Diaz (“I Remember You”), Lougee Basabas (“Chain of Fools”), and Rita Martinez (“Hit Me with Your Best Shot”), and singer-instrumentalists Karlo Mojica (“Usok”) , Joniver Robles (“Himig Natin”), Elmerjun Hilario (“Dati”), Rence Rapanot (“Walang Hanggang Paalam”), and Kai Honasan (“Limang Dipang Tao”).
And will the performances of divas Monique Lualhati (“I Knew You Were Trouble”), Demie Fresco (“My Immortal”), and Carol Leus (“Open Arms”), Daddy singers Jason Fernandez (“Push”), Douglas Dagal (“I Believe I Can Fly”), and Kokoi Baldo (“Bilog Na Naman ang Buwan”), and professional singers Shaira Cervancia ( “Don’t Stop Believing”), Poppert Bernadas (“Natutulog ba ang Diyos”), and Jason Dy (“Jar of Hearts”) earn them the chance to compete in next week’s Live Shows?
Whose dream will remain alive in the competition? And what will coach Bamboo’s important announcement be that will change the course of the Live Shows?
Advancing to the Live Shows to woo the viewing public for votes are Team Lea’s Timmy Pavino, Leah Patricio, Nino Alejandro, Casper Biancaflor, Miro Valera, and Abbey Pineda and Team Apl’s Ferns Tosco, Suy Galvez, Bradley Holmes, Daryl Ong, Alisah Bonaobra, and Mackie Cao.
