They neither confirmed nor denied their relationship, but Paulo Avelino revealed on "Gandang Gabi Vice" that KC Concepcion is the type of woman every man would want to marry. The couple also admitted that they have already exchanged "I love you's."
When asked by Vice Ganda if she will marry KC in the very, very near future, Paulo responded, "Wala ka ng hahanapin kay KC. Beauty and brain and sobrang ganda ng personality. Syempre 'pag may papakasalan ka sa future gusto mo yung ganun."
