From a fearless performance in “Bagito,” Ella Cruz is set to portray yet another daring role this Saturday, May 2, in hit legal drama “Ipaglaban Mo” as she plays a young woman who cries rape and points finger at her neighbor after learning that she was six months pregnant.
When asked if she is ready to take on the sexy route in her career, the teen star cleared that it’s too early for her to go that direction and that she just wants to show her versatility as an actress.
“As long as the role is good and different, I am willing to take it with some limitations of course. I trust ABS-CBN and Star Magic to know what’s best for me and I am very sure they will be with me all the way,” she explained.
“I am really challenged portraying these kinds of characters and it pushes me to do my best even more,” she added.
