In an interview on DZMM, Vice Ganda gave his reaction to Rhap Salazar's statement about "non-singers" being given more opportunity to release albums.
"Sa pagtupad ng mga pangarap natin, hindi naman natin sinabi sa mga totoong singer na hindi na kayo puwedeng gumawa, kayo na lang.
Wala naman kaming ipinagkait, kinuha lang rin natin 'yung karapatan natin," Vice said, as he has three albums despite being a "non-singer."
He also commented that Rhap should be wise in his choice of words.
"As much as possible, let's not use the word 'hate.' Puwedeng 'I don't like' or 'I am not in favor' pero please, do not hate people lalo na wala naman silang nilabag na batas. Hindi rin naman nila tinapakan ang karapatang pantao mo."
