"Of course, kinakabahan kami, but at the same time, it's flattering kasi mga baguhan pa lang kami at malalaking artista ang itinapat sa amin," they say.
Instead of being scared, they say this will inspire them to do their best to make their show more worth watching for the viewers. "We owe it to those who supported us from the start to be the best that we can be," says Kim Last.
They want their show to impart good values and make them good role models for young people. "Very conscious kami to lead good lives not only on but also off camera," says Kenneth Medrano, the grand winner in EB's That's My Bae contest. "Ayaw naming mapintasan kami ng tao."
Kenneth's personal story is very inspiring as he comes from Cebu. "Bata pa ko, gusto ko nang magshowbiz kaya lang ang layo ng Manila for me. So talagang sugal yung pagpunta ko sa Manila at pagsali sa That's My Bae contest in Eat Bulaga kasi ni wala akong kakilala rito. But thank God, sinuwerte naman ako and I am now living my dream. Lahat ito, ginagawa ko para makatulong sa family ko, lalo sa mama ko. Sana, magtagal ako rito, kaming lahat ng mga Baes. We're here to stay."
