THEA TOLENTINO is the female winner in GMA-7's talent reality show, "Protege", but she's now more identified in playing contravida roles. "I don't mind," she says. "Sabi kasi, mas bagay raw talaga kong nang-aapi kaysa ako yung inaapi. I feel blessed nga na right after 'Destined to be Yours' na kontrabida ako kay Maine Mendoza, heto, aapihin ko naman ngayon si Sanya Lopez. In the new Afternoon Prime soap, 'Haplos', ako ang half sister niyang si Lucille, who practices black magic kasama ang ina ko played by Francine Prieto.
About her lovelife, Thea is very open in admitting that she's in a relationship with "Protege" batchmate Mikoy Morales. They've been together for four years now. "We never hid it naman. Lumalabas nga kami nang magkasama, okay lang."
Mikoy is currently playing the gay Roxy in "Pepito Manaloto" and he also does gay parts in 'Bubble Gang", in "D 'Originals" and in a gay movie, "Four Days", with Sebastian Castro who is out in the open. Isn't she worried that Mikoy might be too identified with gay roles?
"Okay lang yun. He's just playing a role naman.
