"After we did 'D'Originals' last year, walang bagong show so his parents told him to just go home sa kanila sa Cebu," says Ayra. "Ang sabi raw sa kanya, kapag tapos na siya ng high school, it's up to him if he still wants to return to Manila and pursue a career in showbiz. Nakaka-miss din kasi we were also cast together in 'Poor Senorita' with Regine Velasquez before. But then, yun ang gusto ng parents niya and it's just proper for him to obey them. We stay in touch naman po, kumustahan. Nitong last two shows ko, 'Mulawin vs. Ravena' and 'The GRIND', wala na akong ka-love team. I was on my own na, just like in my latest assignment, 'The One That Got Away', where I play Ekay, the younger sister of Lovi Poe na babaeng bakla. Parang birthday gift po ito sa'kin when I turned 19 noong January 10."
Is she open to being paired with other young male actors? "Why not? It would be nice to work with other GMA stars like Ken Chan, Jeric Gonzales, Dave Bornea, Ivan Dorschner. Sabi, eventually, in TOTGA, baka maging love interest ko raw si Migo Adecer, the male winner sa batch namin in Starstruck, who plays naman the younger brother of Rhian Ramos in the story kasi pinaghiwalay rin sila ng female winner na si Klea Pineda na kasali naman ngayon sa Sunday show na 'Sirkus'."
GMA-7 is very pleased with the wonderful feedback that TOTGA for its pilot week. Instant fans of the winning romantic comedy say it's worth the long wait. They like the feel good atmosphere of the story and they think all the characters, beginning with Dennis Trillo as Liam, are all cute and relatable. But they say they also miss the show that replaced it 'My Korean Jagiya' that always sends good vibes each evening. They're requesting GMA to give it a part 2 as they miss Heart Evangelista as Gia and Alexander Lee as Jun Ho. Will GMA listen to see their request? Let's see.
