Holy Week typhoon, Typhoon 'Chedeng', may enter PAR Wednesday PAGASA warns that the Philippines may have a rainy Holy Week once Typhoon Maysak enters the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR)
The Holy Week typhoon will be locally named as Typhoon "CHEDENG"
In its weather bulletin issued at 11 this Holy Monday, March 30, 2015, "MAYSAK" was estimated 2,240 km east of Mindanao (8.6˚N, 146.7˚E), with maximum sustained winds of 140 kph near the center and gustiness
of up to 170 kph
By Holy Wednesday, April 1, which is also April Fools' Day and definitely PAGASA is not gonna fool us as they expect the Typhoon Maysak to enter PAR on this day and will be named Chedeng.
It's gonna be a rainy wet Holy Week, and the Bicol Region once again may be affected the most. Oh no, hope it's not gonna be rainy during our "Alay Lakad" from Naga City to Calabanga, Camarines Sur on Maundy
Thursday, April 2.
