Through PBB's 'save and evict' voting system, Myrtle earned a 33.92 percentage of net text votes and took home P1-M, an Asian tour package plus other special prizes.
"Maraming salamat sa inyong lahat. Patuloy lang ang pag-pangarap!," Myrtle exclaimed on stage while accepting her prizes from PBB hosts Toni Gonzaga, Bianca Gonzalez, Robi Domingo, and John Prats.
Karen Reyes of Mindoro took the second place with 11.91%of text votes, while Roy Requejo of Naga bagged the third place with 9.38 % of text votes. Twins Jai and Joj Agpangan from Bacolod took the fourth place with 9.26% of text votes. They are the first twins to ever place in the Big Four.
Former PBB housemates Kim Chiu, Ryan Bang, Matt Evans and "Princess and I" actors Khalil Ramos and Daniel Padilla also performed.
