Iron Patriot vs Iron Man Movie Coming Soon


"Iron Man" production is currently filming its third installment in North Carolina and as early as now fans have already talking about the cast including the newest villain reportedly to be Iron Patriot.

showing Lt. Col. Eric Savin aka The Iron Patriot in his red, white and blue iron suit. The Iron Patriot eventually becomes the cyborg villain Coldblood. Savin will be portrayed by James Badge Dale.

Dale is best known for his roles on TV series like "24," "The Black Donnellys," "The Pacific" and "Rubicon." His first role was in the 1990 film, "Lord of the Flies." He has also had roles in "The Departed," "The Conspirator," "The Grey" and "Shame."

The plotline for "Iron Man 3" is still unknown, but it is rumored that Tony Stark aka Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.) will travel to China to face The Mandarin (Ben Kingsley). Gwyneth Paltrow will be reprising her role as Pepper Potts in the film.

Jon Favreau, who directed the first two "Iron Man" films in the franchise, announced in December 2010 that he would not helm the third film. He will, however, appear in the film as Happy Hogan.

"It's true, I'm directing 'Magic Kingdom', not 'Iron Man 3'," Favreau Tweeted. "I've had a great run with Marvel and wish them the best."

The role of director was taken over by Shane Black, who is best known for writing the first two "Lethal Weapon" films and writing and directing "Kiss Kiss Bang Bang."

At the time of Favreau's announcement, he said that the third film would likely be a continuation of the other Marvel super hero films like "Thor," "Hulk," "Captain America" and "The Avengers," which recently broke several box office records.

"Iron Man 3" is slated for release on May 3, 2013.

Christian Bautista Reigns Supreme this June


It is undeniably Christian Bautista’s month this June as he topbills a number of milestone projects that further establishes his reign as the country’s top male recording artist, a distinction he received in the recently-concluded Guillermo Mendoza Awards.

This June 3, Christian’s post-Valentine concert Love and Laughter opposite Karylle will be shown on ABS-CBN’s Sunday’s Best. The said show, held at the Newport Performing Arts Theater at the Resorts World, celebrates the apparent chemistry between the two stars in beautiful songs and production numbers.

Christian and Karylle’s international TV musical series The Kitchen Musical, which has reaped an number of international acclaims, is still being aired over at The Lifestyle Channel. It will have a re-run also on Studio 23.

The Kitchen Musical’s soundtrack Vol.1, distributed by Universal Records, has also been recently released with Christian’s rendition of George Michael’s Faith, REM’s Losing My Religion, among others. It also includes Karylle’s take on Matchbox 20’s Unwell.

Christian’s latest single Unphotographable, currently topping MYX charts, is proof of how versatile the Romantic Balladeer has evolved through the years. This remixed version of the song, used during the Philippine Fashion Week, is available for download at www.mymusicstore.com.ph.

Later this month, the music video of his collaboration with the famed band Neocolours Sasabihin will also be released. It is currently enjoying good airplay over radio stations nationwide.

The song is included in Christian’s 10th anniversary album First Class: Outbound Expanded Edition, which includes Beautiful To Me, In Love With You (duet with Angeline Quinto), Rescue You (duet with Sam Concepcion), We Could Be In Love (Duet with KC Concepcion), and the new versions of his past hits Hands To Heaven with Zia Quizon and The Way You Look At Me. The album is produced by Universal Records. It also has a coffee table book version, available at National Bookstore outlets and record bars nationwide.

Before the end of the month, Christian will celebrate his 10th anniversary with a TV special The Way You Look At Me: The Christian Bautista 10th Anniversary Special. Here, he celebrates 10 wonderful years in the business with his closest friends.

Tom Cruise Will Rock Your World in ‘Rock of Ages’


Tom Cruise, one of filmdom’s brightest superstars, plays the fictional Stacee Jaxx, one of music’s biggest stars, in New Line Cinema’s epic musical “Rock of Ages.”

In the film, Stacee Jaxx is the rock god that every guy wants to be and that every woman wants to bed. The lead singer of Arsenal, Stacee is at a turning point in his career, and in his life. He’s about to go solo, and his final show with the band is at The Bourbon Room. It’s a homecoming of sorts, as he played his first gig there back in the day. But fame and fortune may have come too easily to the front man who, after years of indulgence, has become boozed up and blasé to the point of bored, and less than reliable when it comes to showing up for his own shows.

The casting of Stacee Jaxx turned out to be somewhat serendipitous. “I was thinking to myself, ‘Wouldn’t it be cool if we got one of the biggest movie stars in the world to play one of the biggest rock stars in the world?’” Shankman reflects. “And, as luck would have it, I ran into Tom Cruise, told him I was directing this movie, that it was a musical, and that I was going to offer him this part. He said, ‘Are you serious?’ I said I was. Then I described Stacee to him and he laughed really hard. The next thing I knew, he was in, and I was making a musical with Tom Cruise.”




To play the role, Cruise underwent a complete transformation, and Shankman admired his diligence. “From the moment he signed on, Tom started training his voice with an incredible vocal coach, Ron Anderson. I remember the first time we heard him sing. He’s got this outrageous, four-octave range—turns out he has opera singers in his ancestry, so he’s probably genetically predisposed to sing, but no one’s ever asked him to before. I’m just the lucky recipient of this revelation, I suppose,” he smiles.

“The joy at having discovered that he can sing was a huge relief,” Shankman admits, recalling that both he and the actor had long wanted to collaborate on a project when “Rock of Ages” came along. “There was a moment when we were looking at each other and Tom said, ‘Well, what if I can’t sell this? Because I won’t do it if it’s not me singing.’ With everything he does, from stunts to performing in front of an audience, it has to be him doing it. He believes his audience has come to expect that, and why bother doing it otherwise? But this is what he loves. He loves making movies and he wants to be really good, so he works harder than anybody at it.”

“Tom is a rock god because he brings all of the star power that comes along with being Tom Cruise, and he’s found a character that audiences have never seen before,” Shankman concludes. He describes Stacee Jaxx as being “one of those man-children that no one ever says ‘no’ to. He’s not a bull in a China shop. He’s just a guy who doesn’t even know what boundaries are. And his go-to has just become sex because that’s the only thing he really knows anymore, but it’s not because he wants anything.”

Mayweather was accused of a hair-pulling, arm-twisting attack in September 2010 on the mother of three of his children.

I attribute this to the fact that our culture is so obsessed with having a 'beach ready bod,' that the mere idea of someone my size in a swimsuit, let alone a bikini, is shocking to most." Gregg wrote in her blog, adding: "Hopefully this gallery, which features lots of body diversity, proves that it's not only 'toned' fat girls who can feel confident hitting the beach in a two piece."

Kim Kardashian Sunglasses and Tumi Luggage Lost, Accuses British Airways Staff of Stealing Them


Reality TV star Kim Kardashian is accusing British Airways airline staff of stealing a her pair of "sentimental and not replaceable" sunglasses.

Upon returning from the Cannes Film Festival this weekend, Kardashian realized that a few items had gone missing from her luggage while in transit.

"Very disappointed in British Airways for opening my luggage & taking some special items of mine!" Kardashian, 31, tweeted on Tuesday. "Some things are sentimental & not replaceable."

TMZ reported that the main item allegedly stolen from Kardashian's luggage was a pair of vintage sunglasses, which were given to the reality TV star by her father Robert Kardashian, who passed away in 2003.

Sources also said Kardashian was down an expensive purse and a piece of Tumi luggage.

London's Heathrow airport has something of a reputation for missing items, once earning the nickname Thiefrow, reports said. But British Airways officials said they are working hard to investigate Kardashian's complaint.

A spokesperson for the airline, which is expected to process 50,000 extra bags a day as the Olympic Games kick off in London, said, "Kardashian travelled from Nice to Heathrow Terminal 5 to Los Angeles. Terminal 5 has some of the most sophisticated automated baggage systems in the world, which are able to monitor bags every minute of their time in the terminal.

"At this stage, we have discovered no evidence to suggest that the bag in question was interfered with at Heathrow."

Nabuo ang pag-iibigan nina Jason at Melai nang magsama sila sa Pinoy Big Brother Double Up noong taong 2009 nang pareho silang maging housemate sa bahay ni Kuya. Noong Pebrero ay kinumpirma pareho nina Jason Francisco at Melai Cantiveros na tuluyan na nilang tinapos ang kanilang halos tatlong taong relasyon bilang magkasintahan. Lalo pa umano itong napaganda dahil sa hindi maitatangging charm at galing ni Coco Martin sa harap ng kamera kasama ang mahusay na pag-arte ni Angeline Quinto kahit pa baguhan lamang siya sa pag-arte. Gumaganap si Coco sa pelikula bilang Rex na isang photographer na may malungkot na nakaraan. Nakilala niya sa istorya ang tourist guide na si Angeline na hindi niya makasundo. Dito ay nadiskubre pareho ng dalawa kung ano talaga ang mahalaga sa kanilang buhay.

Inamin noon ni Coco Martin sa kaniyang mga interview na kinailangan pa nila turuan si Angeline Quinto ng mga basic na gagawin pagdating sa pag-arte. Halos walong buwan din nagtagal ang shooting ng dalawa at pinagsabay pa ito ni Coco sa kaniyang kasalukuyang teleserye. Nagpasalamat sina Coco Martin at Angeline Quinto sa mga executives ng ABS-CBN at Star Cinema na nagtiwala sa kanilang mga kakayahan para bumida sa isang pelikula.

T3 Kapatid Sagot Kita, sinuspinde ng MTRCB

Tuluyan nang sinuspinde ang programa sa TV5  ng Tulfo brothers na T3 Kapatid Sagot Kita o kilala bilang T3 ng MTRCB o Movie and Television Review and Classification Board sa loob ng tatlong buwan. Pinagmulta din ang programang T3 ng P100,000. Ito ang naging parusa ng MTRCB sa programa ng TV5 dahil umano sa mga pananakot at pagbabanta ng magkapatid na Tulfo na sina Ben, Raffy at Erwin habang ang programa ay nasa ere.

Kaugnay ito sa nangyaring insidente sa pagitan nina Mon Tulfo at showbiz couple na sina Raymart Santiago at Claudine Barretto. Hindi nagustuhan ng MTRCB ang pinakitang ugali ng mga magkakapatid dahil ginamit umano nila ang programang T3 na isang public service program para manakot ng kapwa.

Matatandaaang nabigyan na ng 20 araw na suspensyon ang T3 noong May 12 matapos ang pagbabanta ng mga magkakapatid sa programa. Ayon sa MTRCB Chairperson Mary Grace Poe Llamanzares nilabag ng programa ang , Section 3 (c) of PD 1986 dahil sa mga hindi kanais-nais na binitiwang mga salita ng magkapatid na Tulfo. Naging liable ang TV5 sa mga ginawang pagbabanta ng tatlo sa May 02, 2012 episode ng programa.

Sa official website ng ng MTRCB ay nakalagay ang mga nalabag na batas ng mga mamamahayag. Ito ang mga sumusunod:

1.  For violating of Section 3 (c) of PD 1986, the penalty of SUSPENSION for THREE (3) MONTHS is hereby imposed on the show “T3 Kapatid Sagot Kita” including the advisory requirement in this decision.

2.  By way of administrative penalty, a fine of one hundred thousand pesos (Php 100,000.00) is hereby imposed on the show “T3 Kapatid Sagot Kita.“

3.  After the complete service of the suspension, the show “T3 Kapatid Sagot Kita” is placed on Probation, or on a per-episode permit basis, until the Board is convinced that the Respondents have implemented self-regulatory measures aimed at preventing future violations.

Sinagot naman ng TV5 ang desisyon ng MTRCB at balak mag-file ng kanilang appeal. Ayon sa mga opisyal ng network, pinagsisihan nila ang mga naging desisyon ng MTRCB. Balak namang ipasa ng network sa court of appeals ang kanilang reklamo dahil tila sumobra naman daw ang naging desisyon ng MTRCB sa kanilang programa. Nauna nang sinuspinde ng network ang mga magkakapatid na Tulfo bago pa tuluyang suspendihin ng MTRCB ang kanilang programa. Humingi na rin ang tatlo ng  paumanhin sa mga taong natakot at nasaktan nila sa kanilang mga nabitiwang salita.

Naglabas naman ng opisyal na statement ang TV5 laban sa MTRCB na naglalaman ng kanilang hinaing patungkol sa suspensyon ng programang T3 Kapatid Sagot Kita:

“At this point, TV5 will turn to the court of appeals and seek judgment in its pending petition to enjoin the MTRCB from further enforcing the sanction until a definitive ruling is made on the issue of grave abuse of discretion committed by the Censorship Board.”

Jennifer Lopez, Jessica Sanchez magkakaroon ng concert sa Pilipinas

Kasalukuyang nasa plano ang pagpunta ng singer na si Jennifer Lopez sa Manila para sa isang concert at maaring makakasama niya rito ang American Idol runner-up na si Jessica Sanchez. Kinumpirma ito ng N91 Live productions CEO na si Jun Lorenz Mamangon sa nakaraang media gathering na naganap sa Bistro Filipino. Ito ay magiging parte ng world tour concert ni JLO kung saan makakasama niya rin ang Spanish-Filipino artist na si Enrique Iglesias.

Sa darating na November 24, 2012 ay inaasahang gaganapin ang kauna-unahang concert ni Jennifer Lopez sa Manila. Kung sakali namang matuloy ay ito rin umano ang unang pagkakataon ni Jessica Sanchez na makapunta sa bansa ng kaniyang ina. Sa Amerika na lumaki ang dalaga at sinabing hindi pa nakakauwi ng Pilipinas pero nasa plano na raw ito ng kaniyang pamilya.

Inimbitahan umano ng mga producers si Jessica Sanchez para maging front-act sa naturang concert ni Jennifer Lopez na kilala bilang judge ng sinalihang singing contest ng dalaga na American Idol. Ang naturang concert ni JLo ay maaaring gawin sa concert grounds ng SM Mall of Asia. Kahit hindi pa raw sigurado ang pagpunta ni Jessica bilang bahagi ng concert ay sinigurado naman ng mga producer na tuloy na tuloy na ang pagpunta ni Jennifer Lopez sa Manila. Halos isang taon at kalahati na nila itong pinag-uusapan bilang parte ng negosasyon. Naging maganda rin ang pakikipag-usap ng mga producers sa manager ni Jennifer  Lopez at kasalukuyang  gumagawa ng plano para makasama si Jessica Sanchez sa naturang concert.

Sapat na rin daw kahit dalawang kanta lang ang magmula kay Jessica dahil ikatutuwa na ito ng kaniyang mga naghihintay na Filipino fans. Matatandaang si Jennifer Lopez at mga kasamang judges ang gumawa ng paraan para hindi mapauwi si Jessica Sanchez kung kaya nagawa nitong maging parte ng Final 2 ng talent show. Makikita kay JLo ang lubos nitong paghanga sa 16-taong-gulang na si Jessica lalo na kapag nabibigyan ito ng mahihirap na kanta.

Abala si Jessica Sanchez sa pagpunta sa iba’t-ibang mga events matapos contest at sinasabing siya muna ang hahalili kay Phillip Phillips na kasalukuyang naghahanda sa kaniyang nalalapit na kidney surgery. Hindi rin sigurado ang ina ni Jessica kung kailan makakauwi ng Pilipinas ang kaniyang panganay  na anak dahil uunahin pa raw muna nito ang mga commitments sa Estados Unidos bago pa bumisita sa bansa ng ina. Pinasinungalingan naman ni Jennifer Lopez ang mga balitang hindi na siya magiging hurado sa susunod na season ng American Idol dahil hindi niya pa sigurado kung makakaya ito ng kaniyang schedule. Samantala, abala naman si Jessica Sanchez kasama ang iba pang finalist ng Idol sa nalalapit nilang concert tour.

Manny Pacquiao, nagbago na ayon kay Paolo Contis

Malaki raw ang pinagbago ng boksingerong si Manny Pacquiao ayon sa kaibigan at co-host nitong si Paolo Contis. Hindi naman sigurado si Paolo kung totoo nga ang balitang araw-araw na ang kanilang game show ni Manny na  Manny, Many Prizes. Aniya, abala raw masyado ang kaibigan lalong-lalo na at nalalalpit na naman ang isang laban ni Manny Pacquiao. Halos dalawang buwan na ring hindi live ang naturang game show dahil sa schedule ni Manny.

Masaya naman si Paolo Contis dahil ngayon ay bukas na si Manny Pacquiao sa intensyon na mabago dahil nagiging mabuti umano itong impluwensya para sa kaniyang mga tagahanga.  Alam nilang ang pagbabago ni Manny ay para sa kabutihan niya at para rin sa kaniyang pamilya. KItang-kita rin daw ni Paolo Contis na hindi nawawala ang sensiridad ni Manny Pacquiao na makatulong sa mga nangangailangan.

Pinamigay na rin daw ni Pacman ang kaniyang mga manok na pangsabong at sinara na ang mga negosyong bars. Naniniwala ang aktor na may kakaibang talento talaga ang boksingero. May galing daw si Manny Pacquiao pagdating sa pag-impluwensya ng mga tao kahit na hindi niya pa nakikita ang mga ito. Positibo naman daw ang impluwensyang pinapakita ni Manny dahil gusto niyang matutong magbasa ng Bibliya ang mga tao. Aminado si Paolo Contis na malaki ang naging impluwensya ni Manny Pacquiao sa kanila kahit pa hindi sila pagsabihan ng boksingero. Bukod sa pagtulong sa pinansyal na problema ng mga tao ay malaki rin daw ang naitutulong ng kaibigan lalo na sa ispiritwal na aspeto.

Noong nalaman ng aktor at asawang si Lian Paz na nagbabasa si Pacman ng Bibliya ay hindi nila alam kung ano ang dahilan at naisipan din nilang magbasa ng Bibliya araw-araw. Hindi naman daw nila ginawa iyon dahil pinagsabihan sila ni Manny Pacquiao kundi pakiramdam nila ay naimpluwensyahan lang sila ng positibong ugali ng World Champion. Ayon kay Paolo Contis ay isang malaking domino effect ang impluwensya ni Pacman lalo na sa pagbabasa ng Bibliya. Umaasa si Paolo na pangmatagalan na ang pagbabago ng kaibigan dahil alam niya na marami pa itong maiimpluwensyahang tao. Proud naman si Paolo Contis sa mga ipinakikitang magagandang pagbabago ng kaibigang si Manny Pacquiao at umaasang sana ay tuloy-tuloy na ito.

Angeline Quinto, Sarah Geronimo may away

Masaya si Angeline Quinto dahil hindi nakalimutan ni Sarah Geronimo na panoorin ang kaniyang kuna-unahang pelikula. Naramdaman daw ni Angeline ang suporta ng isang tunay na kaibigan sa ginawa ni Sarah. Pinuri naman ni Sarah Geronimo ang pag-arte ni Angeline Quinto na agad namang ikinatuwa ng baguhang aktres. Isang karangalan umano ito para kay Angeline dahil isang papuri ang nanggaling sa kaniyang iniidolong singer at artista na si Sarah. Balewala naman daw sa dalaga na ikumpara sila sa kanilang mga ginagawang pelikula at sa pagkanta dahil maagkaibigan naman daw silang dalawa.

Proud na proud naman si Sarah Geronimo sa naabot ng kaniyang kaibigang si Angeline Quinto. Tila raw hindi ito ang unang pagkakataon na umarte ang dalaga dahil sa ipinakita nitong galing. Hindi naman inaasahan ni Angeline ang pagdating ng kaniyang kaibigan sa premiere night ng kaniyang pelikula kung saan leading man niya ang aktor na si Coco Martin. Sa araw na iyon ay may taping ang Princess of Pop pero pinilit pa rin umano nitong pumunta para suportahan ang kaniyang kaibigang si Angeline. Kasama ni Sarah Geronimo ang kaniyang ama kung kaya lubos din ditong nagpapasalamat si Angeline Quinto dahil sa oras na ibinigay sa kaniya kahit na alam niyang abala ang mga ito.

Napayakap naman si Angeline kay Sarah nang makita niya ito sa labas ng sinehan na naghihintay sa kaniya. Matagal nang magkaibigan ang dalawa simula pa nang sumasali pa lang sila sa mga singing content. Hindi na rin naman daw pinapansin ni Angeline Quinto ang mga isyung binabato sa kanila na siya na raw ang susunod na Sarah Geronimo. Aniya, walang makakapantay sa galing ni Sarah dahil nakagawa na raw ito ng pangalan sa industriya. Aminado si Angeline na nangangapa pa siya sa takbo ng showbiz pero sinigurado naman niya na gagawin niya ang lahat ng kaniyang makakaya para magtagumpay katulad ng kaniyang kaibigan. Bukod sa tagumpay na tinatamasa niya ay masayang-masaya si Angeline Quinto dahil hanggang ngayon ay napanatili pa rin nila ang pagkakaibigan nila ni Sarah Geronimo.
