Ai-Ai de las Alas officially returned to GMA-7 on Thursday, April 16, 2015, as she signed an exclusive two-year contract with the Kapuso Network.
Present at the contract signing were executives from the network including chairman and CEO Atty. Felipe L. Gozon and president and COO Gilberto Duavit.
"I have returned," the comedienne said during the contract signing. "Ngayon po babalik na po ako sa totoo kong bahay."
Ai-Ai used to co-host the network's past noontime shows "Lunch Date" and "Salo-Salo Together." Her last television project was playing the role of Banak in "Mars Ravelo's Dyesebel" on ABS-CBN.
On her return to GMA-7, she is set to star in a soap opera, a Sunday show and a morning program. She will also be in the lead cast of the TV remake of "Let The Love Begin" which originally starred Richard Gutierrez and Angel Locsin.
