Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner Divorce Announced, Full Details of the Breakup Released
When there's smoke, there's fire! After several instances of excuses and denials concerning their supposed separation, famous Hollywood couple Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner, after 10 years of marriage, announced their divorce on June 30, Tuesday.
Their announcement comes one day after their 10-year wedding anniversary.
Affleck and Garner fell in love on the set of their 2003 movie "Daredevil" and married in 2005 have been facing numerous troubles already in their marriage for awhile now according to reports. But despite their separation, the ex-couple will continue to live on their Brentwood property so they could share joint custody and co-parent their children Violet, 9, Seraphina, 6, and Samuel, 3.
A source who is close to the ex-couple, said "They’ve been married for a long time and tried to make it work for many years,” the insider adds of why they called it quits. “They eventually realized this is the best thing to do for their family. They don’t want it to be contentious. A lot of people say that but they are doing things to ensure that it won’t be. There is a lot of love there but, they are doing what is best for everybody."

The Breakup Playlist starring Sarah Geronimo and Piolo Pascual earns P15 million on its opening day
The Breakup Playlist, the latest romantic-comedy movie from Star Cinema which stars Sarah Geronimo and Piolo Pascual, made 15 million pesos on its first day on cinemas nationwide.
The figure was revealed by Star Cinema's AdProm executive Mico Del Rosario @micodelrosario1 on his Instagram account.
Some showbiz observers looked at the figures a little below their expectations as both lead actors were box office drawers.
Geronimo, three-time Box Office Queen awardee, had already made a billion pesos for her movies in the past. Pascual, on the other hand, the reigning Box Office King, made half a billion pesos for his last movie Starting Over Again with Toni Gonzaga.
Directed by Dan Villegas (English Only Please), from the script of Antoinette Jadaone (That Thing Called Tadhana), The Breakup Playlist tells a story about an aspiring professional singer and a rock singer who collaborate in a song. As they work on their song, they start to develop feelings for each other.

PAGEANT: Mexico Drops Out Of Competition At Miss Universe After Donald Trump's Racist Comments
MEXICO - President of Nuestra Belleza Mexico and Miss Universe 1991 winner Lupita Jones finally decided not to participate in the upcoming Miss Universe beauty pageant after the racist comments made by Donald Trump.
A few days ago, Miss Universe Organization owner and American business tycoon Donald Trump made a shocking racist comments against Mexico during his US presidency bid. He was quoted saying "[Mexico is] sending people that have lots of problems, and they are bringing those problems to us. They are bringing drugs, and bringing crime, and their rapists."
The racist comments of Donald Trump sparked outrage among Mexicans and other Latino personalities across America. And one of them is Lupita Jones which happens to be the president of Nuestra Belleza Mexico, the organization that's sending official candidates at the Miss Universe beauty pageant.
Lupita Jones wrote in her official Facebook page: "As a Mexican I am really offended and angry, like everyone else. As Miss Universe I think Donald Trump is doing a lot of damage to the organization. Miss Universe is a competition with a lot of history in the world that has been categorized for calling countries to participate in an event where friendship and unity are the focus, and shooting down cultural barriers."
"It is sad because his racist comments miss what the competition has promoted and represented for so many years, an atmosphere of harmony and peace among nations, for which, in agreement with Televisa, we will not participate in Miss Universe."

Valeen Montenegro is red-hot on the cover of the July 2015 issue of FHM Philippines.
The foxy TV5 actress and TV host makes her men’s magazine debut in a red bikini that shows off her finely toned physique in the cover image shot on a beach.
“Let’s say I’ve been a fan of the magazine. I know all your covers so I know what it means to do a cover for you guys,” Valeen, a Fashion Design graduate of De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, told FHM in an interview.
“Plus, this couldn’t have been a better time to do this. Kasi if you feel sexy and you know you worked your ass off, why don’t you be proud of it?”
The magazine’s website acknowledged her showbiz pedigree by noting that she is a granddaughter of 1950s movie stars Mario Montenegro (the John Lloyd Cruz of his era) and Letty Alonzo.
Valeen is a mainstay of the long-running gag show “Tropa Mo Ko Unli” and the new sitcom “No Harm No Foul”. She is famous for her comedic work in “Gandumb and Gandumber”, her regular “Tropa” segment with fellow FHM cover girl Ritz Azul.
She recently appeared in an episode of the new fantasy series, “LolaBasyang.com”.

Actor JC de Vera believes that perhaps actress LJ Reyes just isn't the one for him.
In an interview on "Aquino & Abunda Tonight" on Tuesday, de Vera said the relationship did not work out the way they intend it to.
"Hindi lang siya talaga, hindi siya right time," de Vera said.

PBB 737 Gets Suspension Notice from MTRCB
This just in! The Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) has summoned the people behind the production of the latest edition of ABS-CBN's hit reality show "Pinoy Big Brother" to a proceeding on July 9.
The agency, according to source, worries about the possible effect of the housemates behavior to young viewers considering their very young age.
Since its pilot episode on June 20, the online community went crazy over the suspected gay romance between 12-year-old housemate Bailey May from UK and 18 year-old Atenean athlete Kenzo Gutierrez. Although, netizens are in favor of their bromance inside PBB House (proving the numerous Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts created solely for their "loveteam" which fans called #KenLey), others thought it is nothing but exploitation. Just early this week, the show has been airing the brewing romance between Bailey and 16-year-old Barbie Imperial from Albay.
