Watch: CCTV video of school bus collision where Dennis Trillo's son is riding

Carlene Aguilar, ex-girlfriend of actor Dennis Trillo and mother of Calix Andreas Ho, uploaded a video of the actual collision of two school buses where their child is riding. The CCTV video shows one school bus approaching the intersection without reducing its speed then got bumped off by another school bus from the main road.

The video's caption reads,

"This happened kanina sa school service ng anak ko...buti nalang at gasgas at bukol lang sa ulo meron ang anak ko ...sana lang tlga managot ang mga dapat managot at dapat hindi mabilis magpatakbo ang mga school bus drivers dahil may mga pasahero silang mga bata..... thank you Lord safe anak ko pero im still praying sa mga batang lubhang nasugatan sa aksidenteng ito! #huwagtularan #notorecklessdrivers"

The accident happened Tuesday morning, November 4 at the intersection of Speaker Perez and N. Rojas Street in Quezon City. Calix is doing fine but sustained minor injuries. Ten people were taken to the hospital for immediate treatment

Derek Ramsay's wife drops concubinage charges against him and Angelica Panganiban

Mary Christine Jolly, the wife of Derek Ramsay, has formally dropped the concubinage charges against him and ex Angelica Panganiban. 

In an interview with enterainment website PEP.ph, Mary Christine's legal advisor Argee Guevarra said that the withdrawal of the concubinage charges is a part of the agreement which happened last week of October. 

"The parties made peace with one another and a part of the peace is this one [withdrawal of concubinage complaint]," Guevarra said. 

In the same report, it was confirmed that the Makati Prosecutor’s Office approved the request to withdraw the Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act (VAWC) complaint that Mary Christine filed against Derek. 

Guevarra said that all sides are content with the results. 

"All gatherings are content with the understanding. 

"Ang kagandahan nito, both gatherings went to a consent to serve the best enthusiasm of the youngster," he said. 

Guevarra said as a lawyer, a good compromise and settlement is better than a good case. He hopes that both sides can move on from the experience and learn from it.

On the other hand, Guevarra declined to talk about insights about the budgetary backing for the offended couple's kid, Austin.
