EXID in tears upon receiving their 1st win since debut

EXID win their first ever trophy since their debut from M!Countdown today proving their trending success with song ‘Up & Down’ which was released in August last year.

Though the girls weren’t present to receive their trophy on stage, they were very overwhelmed when it was handed to them on their waiting room. Shocked because of the good news, members couldn’t hide their happiness and started to tear up.

In return, the girls did an encore by dancing ‘Up & Down’ with their 1st trophy. Congratulations! Watch below:

"I work out with my trainer, Patrick Nilsson, five days a week for about 45 minutes each. We do three days splits: back and triceps one day, chest and biceps on day two, shoulder and legs on day three, and abs every other day. Although I'm not in a special diet, I still do try to watch what I eat," he says.

Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla Walk Out During Fans Meet and Greet in Milan, Italy


Following the alleged walk-out of Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla during a meet and greet session with fans in Milan, Italy on New Year's Day, Star Magic has released a statement vehemently refuting the reports.

“All Star Magic artists go to great lengths to please and satisfy the various audiences and fans,” goes a part of the ABS-CBN's Talent Management’s statement.

A certain fan who reportedly traveled miles just to get a glimpse of the famous KathNiel loveteam,   posted its dismay on social media and accused the Teen King and Queen of walking out from their meet and greet.

Meanwhile, KaDreamers Italy chapter defended the Kapamilya stars from the said issue. The fan group took to Twitter to explain what really happened. "First of all HINDI PO NAG WALK OUT ANG KATHNIEL, management & producers po ang nagdecide na itigil and naturang meet & greet dahil sa hindi pakikipagcooperate ng nanunuod at dahil na rin sa mga nakipila kahit hindi naman VVIP. dahil din sa mga pabalik balik o paulit ulit sa pila."

They also stressed that they were accommodated by KathNiel's team and Min Bernardo (Kathryn's mom) contrary to the ranting fan's accusation that they were taken for granted. "Masaya kaming nakita namin ulit ang KathNiel at hindi totoong nagtampo kami dahil di nakuha ang cake sa katunayan after the concert we celebrated its success and also tita Min's birthday in a pizza hauz dahil un ang kagustuhan ng lahat."

The fan group also belied the ranting fan's accusation that he is part of the fan group. "Please stop making false issues and involving our group. Wala po sa aming group ang nagra-rant."

Philippine TV's Number 1 Show in 2014 Revealed

ABS-CBN remains to be the undisputed TV network in the Philippines as it swept the list of the most watched TV programs in the Philippines in 2014 based on the report released by Kantar Media.

Leading the top 20 programs with the highest average rating during its 2014 run was "The Voice Kids" with 34.5%. The singing competition for kids and teens, which crowned 10-year-old Lyca Gairanod as winner, ran for two months until July.

Notably, all shows in the top 20 either aired in a primetime slot (between 6 p.m. to 12 midnight on weekdays) or evenings of Saturday and Sunday.

The rest of the top-five shows were primetime series -- "Honesto" (31.7%), "Dyesebel" (30.1%), "Ikaw Lamang" (28.4%) and "Got to Believe" (28.3%).

"Hawak Kamay" ranked sixth with 28.1%, followed by "Maalaala Mo Kaya" (28%), "Dream Dad" (27.7%), "The Voice of the Philippines" (27.5%), and "Wansapanataym" (27.1%).

"TV Patrol" placed 10th with an average nationwide rating of 27%. Trailing ABS-CBN's flagship newscast were "Forevermore" (26.8%), "Annaliza" (22.9%), "Rated K" (22.7%) and "The Legal Wife" (22.4%).

Completing the top 20 were "Bagito" (22.1%), "Pure Love" (21.6%), "Home Sweetime Home" (21.5%), "Mga Kwento ni Marc Logan" (21.1%) and "Two Wives" (20.9%).

The strong ratings performance of these shows bolstered ABS-CBN's lead over rival networks throughout 2014. From January to December, the Kapamilya network had an average audience share of 44% nationwide, while GMA only got 34%, and TV5, 9%.

Cagers' Partners RR Enriquez And Jeck Maierhofer Host A New Morning Show, 'Happy Wives, Happy Life' On TV5

TV5 IS INTRODUCING a new daily morning show, “Happy Wife, Happy Life”, to be aired starting January 19 at 10:30 AM. Two of its hosts are recent “Amazing Race Philippines Season 2” contestants, RR Enriquez and Jeck Maierhofer. They’re lucky because even if their Sexy Besties team didn’t win, it opened a new door for them and they now have a regular show, unlike the winners who are still waiting for an assignment after “Amazing Race” ended.

RR used to be a co-host of Willie Revillame’s noontime show, “Wowowee”, while Jeck was part of the ABS-CBN game show “Deal or No Deal”. They soon became good friends and found out that they have another thing in common. Their significant others are both basketball players from the Ginebra team. RR is in a relationship with JJ Helterbrand for five years now, while Jeck is married to Rico Maierhofer. Their other two co-hosts in “Happy Wife, Happy Life” are also married to cagers: Danica Sotto who’s the wife of Mark Pingris and LJ Moreno who’s the wife of Jimmy Alapag. In the first episode of “Happy Wife”, they will have their own spouses as their special guest. What are the qualities they like the most in their respective partner?

GMA7 turns hit movie Let The Love Begin into a tv series

Let The Love Begin remake starring Ruru Madrid and Gabrielle Garcia

The 2005 blockbuster movie Let The Love Begin which starred in by Angel Locsin and Richard Gutierrez will be adapted into a tv series this 2015.

Let The Love Begin is a story about a rich girl meets poor boy kind of love story. Pia (originally played by Locsin) is a beautiful, wealthy, and high school campus sweetheart while Eric (Gutierrez) is a poor but intelligent, and good mannered man who also works as the school's janitor.

Written by Suzette Doctolero and directed by Mac Alejandre, the tv version will launch the neophyte loveteam of Ruru Madrid and Gabrielle Garcia. Their chemistry was first seen and tested in Carla Abellana-Tom Rodriguez starrer series last year via My Destiny.

Will their loveteam be the next big thing in showbiz? Let's see...

If GGV can guest PNoy, the highest executive official of the country, it makes sense that it can guest everyone, any powerful people in the country, right?

It has been on every GGV viewer's wishlist actually to see the fierce and feisty senator guesting in the top-rating Sunday night show, which already guested a long list of government officials, such as former President Joseph Estrada, Senators Chiz Escudero, Grace Poe, Antonio Trillanes IV, Jinggoy Estrada, Lito Lapid, Koko Pimentel, Sonny Angara, Vice Mayor Isko Moreno and former Senator Edgardo Angara.

Remember, in March 2014, it was also Vice Ganda's birthday wish to have Sen. Miriam in his show.

But it's almost a year now, it hasn't happened yet. Let's all hope it will finally happen this 2015. It's gonna be sooo fun, and possibly, will become GGV's highest-rating episode.

Sen. Miriam Defensor Santiago, who announced mid-2014 that she has a Stage 4 lung cancer, is one of the names regularly appearing in surveys as a possible candidate in the 2016 Philippine Presidential Election. Last December, she successfully launched her book, "Stupid is Forever".

Sarah Geronimo and Matteo Guidicelli's Break-up Predicted this 2015


While others are predicted to get lucky this Year of the Sheep, others are not. True love blooms to those who wish, wait for it. But other relationships are meant to end this 2015. 

In the case of celebrity couple Sarah Geronimo and Matteo Guidicelli, who publicly and proudly express their admiration for each other, faith seems not to favor them this time.

In Salve Asis' report published in Philstar.com on Wednesday, the Popstar's relationship with actor/host, as predicted by a fortune teller named Madam Q, is about to end this year. To quote:

Dapat bang paniwalaan ang sinabi ng isang manghuhula na maghihiwalay sina Sarah Geronimo at Matteo Guidicelli this year?
