Banky and Lilia Cuntapay loveteam brings more "kilig" in 'Forevermore'

Banky and Lilia Cuntapay loveteam is born in 'Forevermore'
"This is love!" says the character of Nonong Bangkay, or now more
popularly known as Banky, in the hit TV series 'Forevermore' earlier,
after meeting Aling Aunor for the first time and got struck by the
Cupid's arrow. Love at first sight?
Believe it or not. Yes, it has just happened to Mang Banky in
'Forevermore'. The English-speaking character got struck by the
"amazing beauty" of Aunor, portrayed by Lilia Cuntapay, on the first
time he met her. They're so meant to be, as Aunor also speaks in
English most of the time.
The longtime single Bangky is indeed ready to move on, made "the
moves" and already had his first date with Aunor.
Banky: "I'm just a boy standing in front of a girl, asking her to love him."
Aunor: "Sorry, but I have a very expensive taste."
Banky: "It's okay. Katatapos lang ng ani. I have many money."
Cuntapay is the latest addition to the cast of 'Forevermore', whose
storyline has fast-tracked 2 years after Xander (Enrique Gil) left
Agnes (Liza Soberano) for London to be with Kate (Sofia Andres).
The XaGnes loveteam has been put on hold, but new loveteams are making
up for it - Papang (Joey Marquez) and Mirasol (Irma Adlawan) are
officially a couple, and that very amusing loveteam of Mang Banky and
Aling Aunor.
Bravo to the writers of 'Forevermore' for the brilliant idea of making
a sub-plot for Banky and Aunor.
Aside from Cuntapay, more additions are expected in this new chapter
of the show, such as Agnes' mother (Almira Muhlach?) and Alex's former
wife, Julius' sister (Carmina Villarroel?).
'Forevermore' is airing weeknights on ABS-CBN after 'Dream Dad'. Can't
wait for next week's episodes. No teaser was shown earlier. Whyyy?!?

Nikki Gil confirms engagement with her 'special friend'

Nikki Gil confirms engagement with her 'special friend'

Questions whether singer/actress/host Nikki Gil is already engaged with her 'special friend' spread a few days ago when photos of her in different occasions showed up on social media websites where she was seen likely wearing an engagement ring.

There were few instances where members of the press wanted to ask the question but Gil told them she's not ready to give an interview.

A few weeks ago, Gil posted on her Instagram account a photo of her and 'special friend', businessman BJ Albert, taken from behind but not revealing the identity of her rumored boyfriend. Never did she admit that she was already in a relationship after her breakup with Billy Crawford.

ABS-CBN showbiz reporter MJ Felipe took to Twitter and confirmed Nikki Gil is engaged, thus, the photo above.

Kris Aquino to Judy Ann Santos: "We're not close..."

Kris Aquino patches things up with Judy Ann Santos
Queen of All Media Kris Aquino is now in the mood for love and peace,
almost a week before her birthday on Valentine's Day and almost a week
after going through criticisms for his President brother Noynoy Aquino
following the latter's absence at the Arrival Honors for the Fallen 44
In his Instagram account, Kris Aquino shared yesterday that she
already made the first move to text Judy Ann Santos and clear things
up after she unfollowed the latter on IG. It can be recalled that
Juday was among those celebs who voiced out disappointment against the
President for prioritizing the inauguration of a car plant in Laguna
than being present at the Villamor Airbase for the arrival of the
bodies of slain SAF officers.
A supportive sister to the President, Kris hit the UNFOLLOW button to
those her IG friends who criticized PNoy, including Ogie Alcasid,
Regine Velasquez and Judy Ann Santos. She already made peace days
before with Ogie and Regine, and now, with Judy Ann.
Kris posted a screenshot of her SMS conversation with Judy Ann, where
she said that they're not close friends, but there was a warm
friendship that existed between them through the year. Juday
graciously replied to her text, acknowledging the warm friendship they
have. The 'Bet On Your Baby' host said that it was a relief getting a
text from Kris, and that she was just waiting for the right time to
communicate with her and explain her side.
Love, love, love. They're okay now, and maybe, we should all move on
now. And let's just wish that no more issues like this (warring
celebrities) would steal the limelight from a more relevant issue (SAF
heroes who died for the country) that needs to be given more
attention.

“Fifty Shades of Grey” Movie Heats Up Philippine Theaters Beginning February 11

Every now and then a single creation arrives, suddenly and with seismic force, to tap an unexpected vein of shared curiosity and intrigue, coming to span cultures in its popularity and becoming universally known by its name alone. Such is the phenomenon “Fifty Shades of Grey.”

Since the first episodes of E L James’ story were modestly released through an online-based publishing house in 2011, her “Fifty Shades” trilogy has grown into one of the biggest and fastest-selling book series ever, with more than 100 million copies in 52 languages consumed all over the world. The four words of its title have come to represent, to readers and nonreaders alike, a bold new emblem of mainstream sensuality.

Now the film adaptation that has been the subject of widespread speculation and boundless curiosity, whose first trailer became YouTube’s most-watched movie trailer last year, comes to the big screen as a motion-picture event for Valentine’s Day.

Stepping into the iconic roles of billionaire entrepreneur Christian Grey and curious college student Anastasia Steele are Jamie Dornan (TV’s “The Fall,” “Once Upon a Time”) and Dakota Johnson (“The Social Network,” “21 Jump Street”).

In a story that is as much about the redemption of the unattainable Christian as it is the liberation of the inexperienced Ana, the protagonists have taken on lives of their own for readers who’ve pored over the vulnerabilities of the characters and intricacies of the novels. Through them, audiences have allowed themselves to explore their own inner fantasies and aspirations.

Directed by Sam Taylor-Johnson (“Nowhere Boy”), this erotic and authentic love story from series creator E L James takes us deep inside a rich and mysterious world that explores frankly the complexities of male-female dynamics, and the limits to which we will allow ourselves to go - and to be taken.

Taylor-Johnson explains, “The fundamental reason why I wanted to make this movie is that it feels like a fairy tale with similar plotlines to things that we grew up with, although in a very adult version: A young girl meets her prince. He’s unavailable. He’s successful, fabulous, rich, but it twists and unfolds and becomes something very different. It’s also the story of this girl on a sexual exploration, a coming-of-age journey.

In many respects, Christian and Ana’s story is a love story of the most straightforward kind,” she continues. “It’s about two people falling in love and negotiating what they will and won’t do for each other, what they will and won’t give up and what journey they will go on.  Within this there are more extremities than a lot of relationships. Ana falls in love with a complicated person for a first romance and a first journey of sexual exploration. For Christian, it’s also what opens him up to start feeling, breathing and learning to love.”

Taylor-Johnson acknowledges that her approach to the material was “to treat this as an extraordinary love story and an extremely unusual and unique one. Going into it, you’re trying to finesse and find delicate, subtle moments where the two of them are starting to shift and change. That is something that has to be so finely tuned throughout the movie to keep everything in line with the journey they go on.”

Opening across the Philippines on February 11, “Fifty Shades of Grey” is distributed by United International Pictures through Columbia Pictures.

DISCLAIMER AND NOTICE:

The film has been classified Rated R-18 (Strictly for Adults) by the MTRCB.

This movie was classified as is and in its entirety with noticeable BLURS and SCREEN BLOCKS introduced by the film producer prior to its submission for review.

The text message Kris Aquino sent to Judy Ann Santos

Here's the text message that Kris Aquino sent to Judy Ann Santos. The Queen of All Media posted the screenshot on her Instagram account bearing the following caption.
I just came from 1 of my favorite Churches on my way to A&A. I said sorry to God for my sin of pride. I can be impulsive & overly emotional. But I also believe I am never spiteful & always respectful. Above all, I know how to take responsibility for my actions...

Before leaving for work, I felt my guardian angel telling me to text @officialjuday. Naglakas loob ako & prayed for the best. Thank You God for answering my prayer. #mutualrespect
Notice the same feeling of the two kapamilya stars that they're not close to each other but there's always warmth between them. Juday insisted that what she posted on her Instagram account was just a matter of self-expression on the situation.

"Ang Lihim ni Annasandra" GMA-7's daily afternoon fantasy-romance series starring Mikael Daez, Andrea Torres and Rochelle Pangilinan is set to air the final episode tomorrow, February 6.

While its lead stars feel happy because of the show’s success in the ratings game and the positive feedback that they have been receiving from televiewers, the cast members are also saddened because they will miss their regular bonding on the set.

Kris Aquino Continues To Get Bashed While Judy Ann Santos And Jomari Yllana Are Praised For Voicing Their Feelings About SAF44

THE AFTERMATH of the Mamasapano Massacre that killed SAF44 and other civilians is continuing to be felt. Of course, people are mad at our president for bungling the whole thing, not only the covert operation that led to the massacre but how he handled what happened after that, like not showing up at the arrival of the victims at the airport and his being late at their eulogy.

Of course, it’s only to be expected that his sister Kris Aquino will support him but this got worse when Kris unfriended Judy Ann Santos and is said to have lashed out at Jomari Yllana who both bravely aired their sentiments against her inept brother. Both Juday and Jomari got congratulatory greetings for their courage in voicing their sentiments about what happened

Recall that the two stars had a falling out when Santos made a swipe against Kris's older brother and President of the Philippines, Pres. BS Aquino, after he made an epic failure of priorities over a national issue.

Hurt as a Juday's friend and PNoy's sister, Kris unfollowed the former on Instagram thereby getting flak and criticisms from netizens.

According from a tweet of PEP.ph, Aquino sent Santos-Agoncillo a text message because she realized her mistakes? Hmm.. Really?
How true... Na nakikipagbati at nag-text na si Kris Aquino kay Judy Ann Santos dahil na-realize na niya ang kanyang pagkakamali?

Anyhow, all we can say is... LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!  Makes us think, did the 'gods' from ABS-CBN ever intervene? Just asking...
