2014 Asap POP Viewers Choice Awards Winners; Xian Lim emerges the biggest winner


The results are IN! After two months of extensive campaign of each fandom for their favorite stars, the 2014 ASAP Pop Viewers' Choice Awards winners are revealed on Sunday, November 30.

Tallying the number of wins and nominations, Xian Lim emerged as the biggest winner this year with 4 wins and 9 nominations, followed by Kathryn Bernardo and Kim Chiu.

Joross Gamoba finally sealed his relationship with his 5-year relationship to model girlfriend Katz Saga through a Christian wedding on Saturday afternoon, November 27 at the Fernbrook Gardens in Alabang. Both of them are Born-again Christians.



Present in the occasion are Joross's batchmates in ABS-CBN's reality talent search Star Circle Quest including Roxanne Guinoo, Melissa Ricks, Joseph Bitangcol, Raphael Martinez, and Sandara Park who just came to the country to grant her promise to Joross too attend his wedding.

Angel Locsin and Karen Davila elevated to AnakTV Makabata Hall of Fame

Kapamilya actress Angel Locsin and ABS-CBN broadcast-journalist Karen Davila are this year's AnakTV Makabata (Child-Friedly) Hall of Fame awardees for consistently making it to the list for the last eight years.

They will now be joining other Hall of Fame awardees like Gary Valenciano, Mike Enriquez, Mel Tiangco, Julius Babao, Korina Sanchez, Jessica Soho, Sarah Geronimo and Bernadette Sembrano.

For this year, selected by the national jury as the most “credible, wholesome and worthy of emulation are the following:

A total of 109 programs nationwide are to be recognized for this year after 9 mnths of thorugh evaluation.

ABS-CBN (includes national and regional stations) with 18 seals; 
GMA News TV and GMA Network with a total of 19 seal; 
UNTV 17 seals;
PTV with 15 seals;
TV5 has 2 seals;

The rest of the remaining seals were shared by Zoe-Light TV, Studio 23 and IBC. Solar ETC is the only major free-to-air station that is not a member of the organization.
