Many fans of the Filipino comic superheroine Darna are still waiting for the next remake of this on big screen or as a series again. Supporters of the other half of the popular onscreen sweethearts LizQuen are hoping for Liza Soberano to be the next Darna.

Since ABS-CBN already got the rights to adopt Mars Ravelo’s most popular creation Darna, fans of different Kapamilya celebrities are now hoping for their idols to be the next to shout “Ding, ang bato!” For them, Liza perfectly fits the role, since she will be turning 18 next year. She can already wear the sexy heroine outfit.

However, many netizens raised different reactions on this question if ever Liza can really fit to be the next Darna.

Some said she is still young and amateur in the showbiz industry. She only has few experience and exposure in acting. Some also said that Darna consists of lots of action scenes and this kind of role needs a versatile actress. Some also thought that the sexy costume of Darna does not suit Liza’s young age.

Masculados Dos member dies in carjacking incident

Ozu Ong was shot dead by carjackers in Antipolo City early Sunday morning.

Ong, 29, was a member of the male sing-and-dance group Masculados Dos.

According to his sister, Mary Ann, the carjackers took her brother's Toyota Hilux after shooting him around 4 AM of August 2, 2015, in front of Primrose Hills Subdivision.

His body was brought to the Antipolo Doctor's Hospital.

Photos of the said black vehicle can be found on Ong's Facebook account.

He also posted a photo of the manager's check amounting to P1,031,000.00 payable to Toyota North EDSA in July last year.

Earlier posts also showed him inside a car, showing off hefty sums of money while smiling.

'PBB 737' - Franco, Kamille and Ylona are nominated #PBB7376thNomiNight

Kamille Filoteo, Kenzo Gutierrez, Ylona Garcia and Franco Rodriguez made up the initial 6th set of nominees for eviction from "Pinoy Big Brother 737."

Taking leads from their loved ones who were asked to give suggestions regarding who they should vote against, the housemates gave points to who they think are not worthy of staying inside the PBB house.

Kamille got the most number of points with 5, followed by the two boys Kenzo and Franco with 4 each, and Ylona with 3 points.

Bailey May had immunity because of the Ligtas app in the giant tablet that he used.

Meanwhile, LigTask Challenge was given to give one nominee a chance to be saved.

It was a trivia challenge that's all about celebrity houseguest Enchong Dee.

Kenzo topped the challenge and eventually got saved, leaving Franco, Kamille and Ylona in the official list of nominees.

It's not a weeklong voting period, though, because the next eviction will happen on Wednesday, August 5, 2015.
