ALMA MORENO went trending in social media after she got bashed as a result of the interview of Karen Davila with her. This went on for several days but it has since been replaced by Kris Aquino being bashed after she compared her sunburn to the suffering of the Filipino people who had to endure walking under the sun because of the horrible traffic standstill brought about by her inconsiderate brother’s APEC shenanigans. Kris said it’s part of her deprecating sense of humor but what it really betrays is her distorted sense of values. She just doesn’t know what kind of ordeal the masa went through because of APEC.Speaking of both Alma and Kris going trending because of negative stories, do you know what else they have in common? It’s not surprising for Kris to draw attention to herself these days. She has always known how to get lots of publicity mileage, whether negative or otherwise, particularly when she has a new movie coming up. Remember that she is now still shooting her Metro filmfest entry and people say she’ll no longer be a topgrosser like she used to be because of the AlDub movie, “My Bebe Love”, which also stars her former friend Ai Ai de las Alas and Vic Sotto.
We don’t know how Kris would be able to finish her filmfest entry when it’s almost just a month to its Christmas playdate. Maybe she’ll have less exposure in it, since she has so many co-stars anyway, including Derek Ramsay, Jodi Sta. Maria, Ian Veneracion, Pokwang, her own son Bimby Yap and the granddaughters of Charo Santos who are being introduced in the movie which will definitely be a quickie as it was already so late when they started shooting it.

The Queen of All Media/The First Sister Kris Aquino welcomed President Enrique Peña Nieto of Mexico at the Rizal Park on Tuesday fot the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Leaders' Meeting.

On her Instagram, Kris looked elegant with a yellow Filipinina gown made by Filipino designer Michael Lleyva. Something both haters and fans of the "Queen" could only gaze at with envy.
