Angelica Panganiban Not Jealous with Sarah Geronimo

Muli kasing magtatambal sina Lloydy at Sarah para sa third at last installment ng kwento nina Laida Magtalas at Miggy Montenegro na nagsimula sa A Very Special Love (2008) at sinundan ng You Changed My Life noong 2009.

By wanderer || Full Story: Kapamilyalogy

Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla Still Support Each Other Even When Paired with Others

By wanderer || Full Story: Kapamilyalogy

'MasterChef' Winner Not Affected by Detractors

JR Royol chose not to get affected by comments saying he does not deserve to be named the first grand winner of the TV cooking reality show “ MasterChef Pinoy Edition."

In an interview on “The Buzz” on Sunday, Royol said he respects other people’s opinions.

“Actually first time ko po narinig iyon.

Saying such comments can't be avoided in competitions, Royol said what’s important is that he showed that he indeed deserves the title.

Royol, meanwhile, revealed he is willing to join show business if it opens its doors for him. Before joining the cooking contest, Royol worked as a vocalist in a band.

As of now, Royol said he just wants to make amends so he can be with his son again.

“Nung huli naming pagkikita parang ayaw niyang magpaiwan. So definitely, magkikita kami very soon,” he said.

But I want to make amends. By wanderer || Full Story: Kapamilyalogy

TONI GONZAGA, KUMPIRMADONG HOST NG ‘THE VOICE OF THE PHILIPPINES’

Isa rin siyang tinitingalang TV at movie actress, certified recording star, sold-out concert performer, covergirl, at pinagkakatiwalaang product endorser.

Bernard Palanca Wants to Return to Showbiz

Actor Bernard Palanca is now ready to stage his showbiz comeback after stepping out of the limelight for quite a while.

Last week, Palanca reunited with the other members of the group The Hunks as the ABS-CBN concert variety show “ASAP” celebrated its 18th anniversary.

In an interview with “The Buzz” aired on Sunday, Palanca said he is now ready to take on new roles that the ABS-CBN management would give him.

He also explained why he left showbiz years back.

“Not naman sawa but I just got tired at one point kasi nga it was kinda hard dealing with all the negativity. Everyone's entitled to their own opinion, assumption, whatever else they want to think. I do what I do, I accept everything eh. Whether or not I do something good or bad, I accept anything after that,” he said.

Palanca said it was his personal choice to take a breather.

“I did that personally. I reinvented myself. I come back now more refreshed. I got burnt out prior eh. It was a decision I had to do,” he said.

Meanwhile, the actor denied that his former partner Meryl Soriano is preventing him to see their child.

“No, not at all because I was with my son. There was never a time that I couldn't see him. In fact, I was with him yesterday so none of that is true,” he said.

Soriano and Palanca tied the knot on September 8, 2006 in a civil ceremony held in San Juan City. Their marriage, however, lasted for five months only.

Palanca maintained that he and his estranged wife remain friends.

Sarah Geronimo Turns Emotional on Finale of 'Sarah G Live'

An emotional Sarah Geronimo bid farewell to viewers on the final episode of her weekly musical show “Sarah G Live” on Sunday.

Saying she has learned a lot from it since its pilot episode in February last year, Geronimo said she considers the show as one of her greatest blessings in life.

Likening “Sarah G Live” to a roller coaster ride, Geronimo said she will forever treasure this one-year journey.

This entire experience and blessing has definitely made me stronger, braver and wiser,” she said.

The 24-year old singer also shared the things that she learned while doing the show.

Talagang you really have to give all your heart when performing kahit na meron kang pinagdadaanan, meron kang problema. Ang importante bilang performer, binibigay mo ang lahat,” she said.

“Natutunan ko po ang self-control. Pero pagpasensyahan niyo na po kasi before the show started sinabi nila na ‘Sarah just be yourself.'

Singing Kelly Clarkson's “Breakaway” for her statement song, Geronimo shed tears as she sang the lines “I'll spread my wings and I'll learn how to fly. Though it's not easy to tell you goodbye. Gotta take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway.”

Before ending the show, Geronimo thanked everyone who watched her each week. She also thanked those behind the show for being with her all the way.

Geronimo ended the show with her hit “Forever’s Not Enough,” as her fans and co-hosts approached her to give her flowers.

Also, Sarah opened the last episode of "Sarah G Live" on Sunday with her electrifying performance of Madonna's "Music" and Rihanna's "Don't Stop the Music." Dancing and singing at the same time, Geronimo had the dance group "G Force" as her back up as she sang the two upbeat songs.

According to the latest data of multinational market research group Kantar Media, the anticipated wedding episode registered a nationwide audience share of 20.3%.

Its rival program aired on GMA-7, "Temptation of Wife," meanwhile, only garnered 17.7% in national TV ratings.

Kris Aquino and Robin Padilla portray Roxanne and Bogs in "Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw"
On micro-blogging site Twitter, both Kapamilya stars have been regularly interacting with fans of the show as they share their opinions on scenes in an airing episode.

On Tuesday night, Aquino re-tweeted a number of reactions to the wedding scene.

Twitter user Charmane Monis said, "My 4yr old daughter kinikilig panay ang tili!"

Another viewer of the show, Charles Razzi, posted on Twitter: "naiyak naman ako sa bridal walk ni @krisaquino214 especially sa song.. great version sir @GaryValenciano1 :) #KailanganKoyIkaw"

The team-up of Aquino and Padilla in "Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw" marks their reunion as an onscreen couple after the 2003 film "You and Me Against the World."

Before the romance-action film, the two were formerly a couple, having met for the first time when he was invited as a guest in a TV special celebrating the actress' 18th birthday, "Kris at 18," in 1989.

"Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw" airs weeknights after "Ina, Kapatid, Anak" during ABS-CBN's Primetime Bida block.

Kantar Media uses a nationwide panel size of 2,609 urban and rural homes, more than AGB Nielsen’s 1,980 homes that are only based in urban areas. Kantar Media’s panel represents 100% of the total Philippine TV viewing population, while AGB Nielsen reportedly represents only 57% of the Philippine TV viewing population.

Coco Martin Reveals Past with Sarah Geronimo

After confessing that he once courted leading lady Erich Gonzales, actor Coco Martin admitted that singer-actress Sarah Geronimo also rejected him in the past.

In his live appearance on "Sarah G Live" on Sunday, Martin said he fell for Geronimo when they were doing the musical series "Idol."

She even shared that Martin used to call her "hipag (sister-in-law)."

But Geronimo also admitted that she had crush on Martin. "Ang cute naman ni Coco.... ikaw naman Coco hinangaan din kita dati noon, crush din kita noon," she said.

Coco Martin Admits Falling in Love with Leading Ladies

While admitting that he has the tendency to fall in love with his leading ladies, actor Coco Martin on Sunday clarified that he knows his limitations as a leading man to his “Juan dela Cruz” co-star Erich Gonzales.

In an interview with “The Buzz” on Sunday, Martin said he respects Gonzales’ relationship with her non-showbiz boyfriend.

Pero sabi ko bukod doon, alam ko ang limitasyon ko bilang tao at bilang artista,” he said.

Hence, Martin said he just keeps his feelings to himself.

Just last week, it was revealed that Martin once courted Gonzales but their romance did not blossom because work was their first priority then.

Despite this, the actor explained that everything that he shows onscreen towards Gonzales and his other leading ladies are real.

According to Martin, he sees to it that he draws from his real feelings or from his past experiences whenever he is in front of the camera.

Martin is currently promoting his newest television series with Gonzales. “Juan dela Cruz” airs from Monday to Friday after “TV Patrol” on ABS-CBN starting February 4.

Marian Rivera and Richard Gutierrez Kissing Scene and Bed Scene Preview in “My Lady Boss”

Marian Rivera and Richard Gutierrez Kissing Scene and Bed Scene Preview in “My Lady Boss”

During a recent press interview with GMA’s primetime queen Marian Rivera on the set of the upcoming Valentine movie “My Lady Boss,” she was grilled with questions pertaining to a very intimate kissing scene with her leading man in the movie, Richard Gutierrez.

So did she “enjoy” it?

“As Evelyn, inenjoy ko si Zack (Richard’s character),” she continued.

As much as possible, Marian avoids doing very intimate kissing scenes with his leading men in TV series and films and she does not easily agree to doing bed scenes unless the story really calls for it.

“Malaki ang tiwala ko kay Chard (Richard).  Besides, ever since naman na nagkatrabaho kami hindi naman siya nag-take advantage sa akin at siya mismo ‘yong umaalalay sa akin e,” shared the actress.

She clarified, however, that in her seven years in the business, she has not experienced being taken advantage of by any of her previous leading men.

“Siguro ‘yon ‘yong isa sa dahilan kung bakit proud ako sa sarili ko kasi kahit sino ang naka-eksena ko, never kong naramdaman na hindi ako nirespeto,” she said.

It is not Marian’s first time to work in a movie with Richard.  In fact, their first movie team up was in the romantic-comedy film “My Best Friend’s Girlfriend (My BFGF),” which was released almost five years ago (2008).

Marian says a lot has changed between her working relationship with Richard during the “My BFGF” days and now in “My Lady Boss.”

Masarap siyang kasama.

Although Marian and Richard are both in a relationship, they still manage to be convincingly sweet on-cam.  Marian spills the beans.

Akala ko kasi since after the ‘My BFGF’ ay hindi na kami ulit nagkasama sa soap opera o sa isang pelikula magkakaroon na kahit papaano ng ‘wall’ o magkakahiyaan pero unexpectedly, nagkaroon pa kami ng mas matinding bonding, mas lumalim pa yun samahan namin, mas nakilala pa namin ang isa’t isa,” she explained.

Unlike “My BFGF,” “My Lady Boss” promises to be “sexier,” “wilder” and more “intense” without of course dropping the comedy portion.  In fact, apart from the very passionate kissing scene, Marian and Richard also have several bed scenes in the movie.

”My Lady Boss” is a joint production of GMA Films and Regal Films and is directed by Jade Castro.   It will hit nationwide theatres soon.
