According to Kim, playing Pauleen's character was a big challenge. "It was entirely different from my usual roles. I had to research and study about the people with brain tumors to make my performance believable."Kim also shared that after learning the life story of Pauleen and her sisters, she has become more inspired to work and appreciate life's blessings.
"Because of the Chavez sisters, I realized that we have to be contented with what we have because there are a lot of people who are struggling like them," said Kim. "It's inspiring to see how they strive hard and remain optimistic despite all the hardships they are faced with."
Being her first TV appearance after the successful primetime series, My Binondo Girl, Kim is excited to know the viewers' reaction to her challenging role in MMK. She said, "I hope they will like my performance."
Together with Kim in the Chavez sisters episode are Miles Ocampo, Anya Aguilar, Ana Capri, John Arcilla, Lui Manansala, Duday, and Jaycee Parker. It is researched by Akeem del Rosario, written by Benson Logronio, and directed by Nuel Naval.
