Vhong Navarro and Coco Martin Capture Lead in '100 Sexiest Men in the Philippines for 2012'

Vhong Navarro and Coco Martin take 1st/2nd slot from Xian Lim and Paulo Avelino, respectively.

Previous leaders Xian Lim and Paulo Avelino dropped 3 notches each. Xian is now at no. 4 while Paulo settled for 5th place in the latest update for "100 Sexiest Men in the Philippines for 2012" poll.

Also gaining votes aside from Vhong and Coco is Kapuso hunk Aljur Abrenica who is now in 3rd place.
